After an unsuccessful year with another Realtor® who did little to no marketing of our property to other agents or customers, our family knew the target audience for our property was unaware of its existence amongst the thousands of listings available. After not renewing the contract with said agent, I researched other brokers and companies online and found that Doug invested his time and effort in each of his listings by consistently marketing them through websites, social media, postcards, flyers, and open houses.
