He was very kind and patient to show us numerous qualified homes full well knowing that we would not purchase a new home until we sold our previous home in Hawaii which we then intended to put up for sale. We sold our home in Hawaii in November 2018. We then intensified our search for our new home under Doug's guidance. Those efforts resulted in us finding a terrific home which we like very much. He has been extremely helpful in introducing us to various service providers in connection with our purchase (e.g. lawyer, home inspection, company insurance, broker, wind protection inspection, IT, lawn maintenance, pool maintenance, local firms which can hang art and locate sculptures).
